Cafe club Aquarium
6 - 26 April, 2017
vernissage: Thursday, 6 April, 6.30 pm

The exhibition features illustrations in pen, serigraphy and etching which were created by the illustrator Amadeusz Popek between 2004 and 2017. In addition to the theme itself, the title Stories from the Edge of the Worlds also reflects the very idea behind the creative work of this Lublin based artist. Amadeusz Popek draws his motifs from nature and processes them into surprising narrations, somewhat unrealistic landscapes or hermetic worlds. As a result, the viewer feels welcome to explore those uniquely atmospheric visions.
